Duplicating & Re-ordering Content in Divi

Need to reuse a section or move content around? Divi makes it easy to duplicate and re-order modules, rows, and sections.

Step 1 – Enable the Visual Builder

Go to the page you want to edit and click Enable Visual Builder in the WordPress admin bar.

Step 2 – Duplicate Content

Hover over the item (module, row, or section) you want to copy.
Click the duplicate icon (two overlapping squares).
A copy will appear directly below the original.

Step 3 – Re-order Modules, Rows, or Sections

Hover over the content’s control bar.
Click and drag it up or down the page to reposition it.

Step 4 – Edit the Duplicated Content

Open the settings of the new module/row/section and update the content as needed.

Step 5 – Save Your Changes

Click the green checkmark inside the settings panel, then click Save (bottom-right purple circle).

Additional Notes

  • Duplicating saves time when you want consistent styles.

  • You can also copy & paste styles between modules using right-click.

  • For complex layouts, Wireframe View makes it easier to drag and drop sections.
